What does heartbreak means:
When we talk about heartbreak it means to be sad or be in an emotional trauma.It feels like your heart has a crack right in your chest.you can be heartbroken after a death of someone close to you or be heartbroken when you get dumped by your boyfriend or girl friend waaaa.....when someone is heart broken they are always deeply sorrowful or distressed.
How does heart break feel like?
A lot of people describe it as a death sentence which brings about depression.some sees it as a crushing sensation,but do you know what ;it is bound to happen.The pain doesn't last forever it will definetly be healed but,the scar still remain and cannot be cleaned.
Love itself is the real heartbreak.when heartbreak happens these hormones level drop and are replaced with the Stress hormone cortisol,heartbreak takes a lot of time to heal it doesn't just happen.
